Before you book
What to know before booking
Where will I meet the driver?
After confirmation, your booking shows the verified meeting point, supplied images and instructions, and free waiting time step by step.
What if my transport is delayed?
If your flight, train or ship is delayed, use the driver, dispatch or support contact shown in your booking and provide the booking number and new arrival time. Free waiting time follows the confirmed terms of your booking.
When can I cancel for free?
Each vehicle shows its free-cancellation deadline in local time and UTC before payment.
Will the actual vehicle match the photo?
A photo may be an example of the vehicle class. We never invent a plate number, colour or driver details.
